I applied and had a pre-approval and the only thing missing was the income. The person who attended me Fio called her twice and she never called me back. According to them, he did not qualify but he generated more than $4,500 a month and currently pay rent of $1,775.00 elsewhere. Waste of time and money. Thanks for nothing Fio and for your “great interest” in helping others, thanks for never calling back.
