Total waste of time trying to get in touch with anyone at this agency - your automated system is broken - do you people even monitor it to see what it tells the general public, it says call back during business hrs when i am calling during business hrs - so why no service FI THIS
Walter Romero
The worst place to come to get help , they are very slow , nothing efficiently when it comes about move faster the line , the website it has a lot of information but nothing that it helps to make your experience better . I get it it’s a place to apply for some benefits but they should hire more efficiently and effective people with better customer service to make an easy and smooth experience , but no they because it’s a government agency ( we) citizens have to wait all the time of the world . I just came to do a change on my name because I recently become a United States citizen and I had to spend 3 hours just to submit my inquire , Terrible experience but my questions is why they don’t care about making this agency a better one
BNice C
If I could give it minus-10 I would, the I waited in line 2 hrs just to come inside where I saw people who were ahead of me who were still waiting ,,,Service can’t be that bad, horrible…
Beza Mitiku
Don’t ever come here we waited outside more than 3 hours to get in inside I have no reason to lie , I have no idea how this happened in government office what do they even get paid if they don’t get their job done it’s waisting time I mean we have so many people jobless in this country who can work better than this slow non experienced lazy workers . And I don’t think their is supervisor that at least control this , and they always wait their lunch time so that they will get more time to waist. so try to come taking day off from work cuz u will be here all day but might not get done on that day also.

During covid you need an appointment, otherwise google "SSN DC Form" print it out and get all the necessary stuff and just drop it off here on a weekday
I need to correct the name on my card, how do I do that?
please heip am 36 this year and need my ss card
I am in the same situation IAM a dialis patient and I lost my apartment because I could not longer work to meet my rent and I kept asking my leasing office is there something I can do ? No help then I whent to bread for the city I got no help and no apartment , and you are right every place I call my disability check is not enough. One bedroom is over a thousand dollars a month. Still homeless.
I'm trying to get my social security number
Yes you can drop it off here before 4 on weekdays. Not saturday or sunday
???hhmmmm, don't know.
I want to no why my son 💰 got lower to?
When you retirement .
Yes.
Yes
I have tried for 17 months
Yes,the office is opened
Yes it is but you need to book an appointment first with them. So call them first share some details and they will give you a call back for an appointment
10am
And
Go to the social Security Admin office and ask for a replacement with a proper ID and they will mail to you a replacement.
I think its best you call them first and ask that question. You dont want to go over there and waste time on the line, also they might tell you what you need to bring to get your statement.
Any social security office and they mail you your card
You have to go in person to speak with a worker ,and tell them about the situation ,fix the problem
I wouldn't be sure on that. It's always good to call before going in so that a Representative can assist you with what you may or may not need to apply
You just need proof of address
You can apply for one and they will mail it to you
Take your phone ask google SS Admin location. Ask using zip.
Just your ID
It depends on what it is you need. Having an appointment helps the waiting time. And it good to be there when the door opens. Our local offices are very busy But the staff works so hard to get you thru and help you . so if you need something soon yes you can go in as walk in
