Horrible company to deal with. Good luck getting them to answer their phone, some days I'm in the que behind over 100 people and other days they are so backed up the system doesn't even give me the option to hold. After holding I speak with somebody who typically tells me their missing something they've already received.... thank goodness I keep all records. Then I'm told somebody is going to have to look into it and call me back. They loose documents, they don't keep good notes on issues, they don't call back, and they don't process requests in any semblance of a timely manner.

Very difficult to get in touch with anyone. Called 1st thing this morning. I was 13th in the que wait. Got to me in about 10-15 minutes & then I was disconnected. Called back & I was 126 in line. Tried uploading info but the site wouldn't let me upload anything. Very frustrating.

When you finally get to talk to someone, they are pretty professional. Today I spoke to both Dallas and Ryan, who were courteous, helpful, and sympathetic. We'll see how much howt much good they can do, but I am cautiously optimistic at this point.

First, we recommend visiting our "Search Our List of Missing Participants" webpage: https://www.pbgc.gov/wr/missing-participants. There, you'll find information on how to search by your name or pension plan to see if you're owed a benefit. Next, we recommend calling our Customer Contact Center at 1-800-400-PBGC (7242) to speak with a member of our missing participant team. Our contact center's hours are 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. eastern time, Monday - Friday (except Federal holidays). Please note: The Customer Contact Center will close at 5:00 p.m. eastern time on Wednesday, July 3, 2019 in recognition of the July 4th holiday. Hope this helps. Have a great day!
