It depends on which service you attend there's morning and evening I think it starts at 8 AM for mornings

Is this helpful to the Episcopal Church I don't think so I remember that he was doing a wedding and he was sticking his tongue out at me are the camera

Their website does not mention a time for public to visit but they do have their events and service timings mentioned in the website, at which you can visit. So, go through the website.
