i would like to commend metro’s 2 gracious employees @ vermont & santa monica station, namely CHRISTIAN GONZALES & KENYON DOVE who were so willing, courteous, polite & so helpful when i had car trouble last friday night jan8, 2021,, i congratulate the security dept for having these two awesome players in their team God bless🙏🏼😇👍🏼

This is one of the grottier areas when you exit the subway. People living near the exit and often smells like an open toilet. Escalate frequently broken. Poor lighting on escalators.
