Honestly I went with my friend yesterday and we were being helped by a nice young lady. And she was getting stuff done but I needed to give her more information like she asks for personal questions to get in my account and then all of a sudden this cubbier light skinned latino budded in and asked if he can help us. We were already being helped. And then he got mad when we told him this he started blasting offensive and profane music and directing all the hateful rap lyrics to me. Worst experience of my life so please fix this.

Whatever you do, do not use there "smart pay" lease to own program! You will end up paying over twice the amount of what you buy the phone for. They don't tell you that. Complete burn!

Adrian was extremely rude towards assisting my mother. He was strangely bothered by her intuitive questions that she made him about an esn change that was processing to be done by him. I will not recommend this sales associate to anyone. Adrian is rude and sarcastic towards helping people. As an ex sales associate myself, I would not retaliate from my customers. I know I would find solutions and make them remember a great experience at all times. I believe that customers have the right of way to everything. It is the customers that help uplift stores. For that reason, I am disappointed to say that my experience there with Adrian was unsatisfying. This should not be tolerated. His behavior was extremely unprofessional.
