Absolutely fantastic customer service. I can't recommend this place any higher. Update: The experience in store seemed great until I acted on their advice. I came to them trying to unlock a phone I had purchased recently, and they gave me incorrect information about how long I had to return it. When I pursued the return within the window they'd given me, it was much too late and I went round and round with customer service. Wasted weeks and hundreds of dollars.
