Carrington bought our contract from Wells Fargo. Wasn't sure what to expect because we have never heard of them before and frankly, we thought it was a scam when we got the paperwork in the mail and it just didn't look right. After talking with Wells Fargo and Carrington, all is well. After a year, we are satisfied that Carrington is a good company. They send us emails from time to time to keep us up to date on our loan/home information. I like that we do not get phone calls like Wells Fargo did just to try to get us to do more business with them. Here's to a long business relationship.
