Onced lived here several years ago, It was a nice place but it had its flaws. My parents car was broken into while parked in the car ports, traffic can be a bit noisy with emergency vehicles passing by, and parking was a bit of a hassle. But overall I enjoyed living here and having good memories with family and friends who live around there. Management was also very nice as well and very caring.

I've lived at Portofino Cove apartments for 1.5 years. The staff have always been very responsive if we've needed anything. Residents are friendly and haven't had any issues. Parking is tight, but is expected in older complexes. Quality of building is good. Sound from neighbors through the walls isn't common.

LaLa “LaLa Grand”

The place is a overall a pretty good place to live except for one person in the leasing office named Shirley. She had my car towed when her and other office management park in the same place to load and unload their groceries. Tere is no extra parking, no loading and unloading zones. Everyone else that works in that office, especially Silvina are extremely nice and helpful & very considerate. The maintenance manager Leo is great and friendly. He has addressed apartment concerns extremely fast and very professional. On the other hand, Shirley gives nasty looks makes snide remarks and laughs at you when you have an issue, lies about paperwork dropped off to her said then it was never given to her. She does not act professional when she not handles situations. And always on her cell phone when entering the office. She had my car towed when herself in fact parks in the same place. My car has been towed twice since I lived there for about 6 years, once from my own parking stall. Shirley would not address the problem laugh at the situation and hung up on me. I will be trying to contact corporate office but cannot seem to find the phone number nor will she give it to me. That's where I live and I should not be treated this way I should be comfortable with speaking with people who are supposed to be management at my apartment complex... I feel they will have a lot of people move out and nobody move in with Shirley working there.
