Great location, affordable prices, and ideal amenities. Applying was a super fast and easy process. Office staff were very patient, kind, and flexible with me when applying which is great because that’s what concerned me the most. I looked at the reviews of this place only after I was accepted to lease here but my great experience here does not reflect the bad reviews at all. I feel like if you pay your bills on time, are respectful and mindful, and follow the rules then you won’t have a problem at all living here.

Mosquito INFESTED hallways. I am not making this up big as mosquitoes w/ possible ebola virus. Raising rent up on a basis with no agenda other than fatter their pockets. Parking is hell. Everyone uses their emergency lights to park and just leave their cars unattended in the street. The vending machines are brocken at times. Apartments are directly across from each other i can see what the family across from me is doing ALL the time. Suggest closeing blinds.

I have lived in this apartment complex for 9 years and when I first moved in the staff was neglect towards the property and residents they allowed roaches to be everywhere and did not follow through when I need work done in my apartment. Although I have seen major changes done towards fixing the property ( there are no longer roaches everywhere from what I have seen) and the staff is always kind and helpful. Also the maintenance always fixes the trouble that happens in my apartment quickly and they are friendly.

WELCOME TO MARIROACHA.. The display unit is pretty nice... they told us we would have an apartment located by the front office & that we were approved to move in within a month. However, they never let us view the actual unit (even when it was vacant). We gave our 30 day notice to our previous apartment. FINALLY after numerous phone calls they answered & scheduled us a time to view our unit only 1 day before the move in date... the unit they showed us was not the promised unit. After walking though it there were live roaches as well as dead ones.and even a few painted over into the walls. Nancy said she did a previous walk though. If you did a previous walk though why would you show a unit with dead and live roaches? We changed our mind & lost our deposit. Its just too dirty, management doesnt care enough, and i would never put my child in a roach infested unit.
