I would like to give Park Vista Apartments a 5 star rating. From the maintenance staff and security to the office staff everyone is not only friendly but they go above and beyond to be helpful as well. They are renovating the apartments and if anything needed maintenance they were on it, I never had to call twice to see if someone was going to come fix things. During this time of distress with covid they were understanding and helpful I never once felt that they were not there to help me out. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. They maintained a clean environment I never saw trash overflowing and rarely saw police. Its a smoke free environment and they enforce that as well. Thank you park vista!!!

Violates 24 hour notice of entry highly frequently. And will leave you in your apartment during construction.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would because they sure don’t deserve 1 star. This place is horrible worse mistake of my life. I needed a place to stay and I wish I had waited to carefully do my research. This place is not diverse at all mainly Hispanics. The staff is unprofessional and ridiculous. This community needs to be shut down it’s dated, infested, uncomfortable and unsafe. It’s one way in and one way out, it’s very much like some projects but in Orange County. They had nerves to charge 165$ cleaning fee when the place is a dumb to begin with. Do not make the mistake of renting here! You will regret it!!!

My friend lives here. I walk him home often and then some. You've got a lot of weed smoking, idiots that are the types that want to start fights, and apartments that have not only more than two cars, but people, too. We don't even know how many people live next door, only that they have over 7 people coming and going. *the weed thing was a problem before it got legalized. Thanks to idiots thinking it's okay, now we have legal weed next to an elementary school, yay! This place even had a satellite incident where management and staff cut people's satellite dishes, only to return them (damaged), and even failed to return many. Also had water damage due to maintenance being absolute garbage. Long story. One time, they even denied entering when they were caught red handed. Be very careful when not only living here, but even passing here. Also , lots of cats, but touch even one and they'll (management) assume it's yours. There's also possums. Feels like the possums appear yearly. Lastly, expect police often. Though, last week, I passed by a fire truck and ambulance. It's pretty bad. I guess they never inspect the people, and who knows, maybe they have some particulars where they're more lenient if you're Latin. I honestly don't know or care, this place is just too ridiculous. Entrance gate even breaks often, so the "gated" community that you paid to live in disappears. It's also where I saw my very first wanted poster. Fortunately the guy was apprehended not too long after.

No you can not kick someone out without taking the proper steps, first is the 30 eviction notice, second is the court order to have the sheriff's deputies come serve that eviction.
