No its a Amazon warehouse for employees only. Packages are sorted here, loaded by drivers either prime drivers or flex drivers for customers delivery. Nothing in here is for the public.

Yes. The the Amazon logos and signage are in place as of July. Though the signage bills it as Lake Nona, it is located off Boggy Creek Road.
