Harassing by kids during a skateboard night time but security doesn’t care just a look out he just sitting in the car doing nothing either just listen to music or eating junk food

One of the worst places to live in Orange County. If you want to move here be prepared to not only be harassed by security guards, but have your packages stolen from your door, struggling to find parking, atleast 1-2 parking tickets a week because you’re desperate and have to park in red. On top of all that there is plentiful of open parking spots in the neighborhood but the office does not want anyone parking there and they won’t even tell you why. And if you park in those spots you’ll get your car towed. Also people will vandalize your car and there’s multiple instances where drivers on ninth street are speeding and they have hit cars and left. And the cherry on top of all this is if you have kids DO NOT MOVE HERE. The reason i say this is because I have caught the patrol car security guard texting while driving his car down the streets of hermosa with no care if they hit anyone. Stay away!

Great apartments! But the only thing that really sucks about this apartments is that if you were to visit someone there you wouldnt or couldn't cause there's no parking or a visitor's parking n you cant leave or park on the street cause your car"WILL" get tow! They should think or make a visitor's parking they have parking spaces that aren't use! That why alot of people move out of this apartments cause of parking issues!

Management doesn't do their job, and neither does maintenance. And when you tell the housing authority they find a way to kick you out. And then try charging you for the repairs you asked them to fix and they never did. Don't move here.
