Car was awesome and easy to drive. Overcharged by $400US by hertz Vegas as they didn’t have a manager’s special or equivalent so charged us an extra $40 per day. When disputed the only option they gave us was stay another night in Las Vegas (so stupid) so there was no other option but to pay. When I returned the car to hertz Anaheim the I manager (Indian gentleman) was very curtious and agreed I should not have paid over the quote and gave me a number for customer service to get the money refunded. I would not recommend hertz again as when we travel we would normally book with dollar car rentals and never had an issue.

Legitimately the hardest agent to work with I have ever experienced. Their website was extremely unclear about payment matching up with my license, and the agent was laughing at me while I got frustrated and told me to “complain to customer service” instead of helping me resolve the issue. Be prepared for the most difficult car rental experience you could imagine.

Drop off after hours at the Hertz Marriott just a block away. But you have to get approval from Hertz first

No..... it's a really good hertz.... people there work hard...Just be sure to make a reservation and you'll definitely get in a car...Also have a credit card and a driver's license....
If he is an Uber driver, Uber will tell him where to go depending on his address look on the app under vehicle Solutions and scroll to the bottom
