Horrible experience with this car rental place. The vehicle was dropped off at 7:30 am alongside other cars that were outside the gate. There also was an area to keep the key placed in a locked safe. It was made perfectly clear that the car will be dropped off before the shop opens as we had an early flight. We called Avis to make sure they know that the vehicle was dropped off. When they picked up the phone, they were speaking extremely rudely and kept saying that the car was towed without even knowing what car we even had. We were trying to speak to them professionally on the phone but their only response to everything we said was “I don’t know”. They were not being helpful whatsoever and it became clear they were trying to scam us. They are no longer picking up the phone either to try to avoid us. We also have picture proof of the car on their property with a time stamp of when the picture was taken. On top of that, the van’s brakes did not work properly whatsoever. We checked the reviews and have seen this happen to other people as well. Don’t rent from this place they are scammers and they give horrible customer service!!

Car was absolutelky fine. Customer service from the main person at this particular shop was terrible since the first day. I didnt take his name , but he wore a beard and glasses. Last day I dropped after hours and he pretended that he didn't see the car in the morning and that it may have been towed. I went to the shop and saw the car and wanted to retrive 2 backpacks that I have forgot in it and he still said he didnt find the car yet until I told him I just saw the car and I know you have my property with you. Not sure if he pretended to steal or overcharge or just made the client's life more misserable for no reason. So customer service at this location. Unsatisfactory to say the least.

I would not recommend this location, please go else where of you would like to receive good customer service. Since the moment I walked in I could see that Luis was not being helpful at all, he tried to sell me an insurance coverage that I did not need, I also booked a Ford Edge or similar, he tried to put me on a small Mitsubishi suv that I could not fit in as I’m 6”2 that’s when I got upset and told him I wanted an edge or similar then he told me they didn’t have them and that the other SUV’s there were not eligible for what I paid for. Another employee came and told me him to give me a different suv as they did fall under the same category. The other gentlemen was actually helpful not like Luis.

Decided to take a trip to California for a short vacation and rented a vehicle from Avis car rental in Anaheim, CA. Not the service I expected from Avis. First of all the vehicle was very dirty inside-n-out and there was no spare tire in case of a flat tire. Upon return of the vehicle, there's was a line with no easy drop off service available. The attendant working seemed a little frustrated due to the line of just having a bad day. The pickup and drop off at LAX seems better except the wait for the shuttle to and from the rental office/ airport. Allow extra time because of traffic in and around the airport because all it takes is one accident that will make you late. Will have a different plan for my next trip out West. California Love....
