8/17/22. I came in to check out phones & ask questions. I have a Samsung S7 & has started failing in several ways. The man checking people in was very helpful as was one of the young ladies. [ I'm sorry I didn't get their names] She may have been a manager. She was so much more knowledgeable than the info I got from Verizon customer service. I also prefer speaking to someone in person. Thank you for your help & knowledge !!

I just went to go get a SIM card and they told me to wait 30 mins because someone was ahead of me. There were 6 technicians and only 2 customers including me. They have very bad customer service and took it me a while to get my SIM card and was a waste of time. I’ve been a Verizon customer for 8 years. This is the worst service I have received. KZ was the only technician that was nice and helpful.She was kind and had very good customer service.

Went to the store today and will be The last time. Being told we have to have an appointment and can't get one tell Tuesday. Yeah I will pass. I'm a wildland firefight and do not know when I will be called out. When I told them that. The response was sorry you call and be helped right away. We have alot of are staff still working from home. We seems from your reviews you are losing alot of you long term customs like me. Walk in to att and was helped right away.
