Reserved and paid for a room 2 months in advance for a show at the Dome. Check in time 3pm. Show up at 4:30 and room not ready. Front desk person would not allow us to check in but PROMISED THAT ROOM WOULD BE READY AND AVAILABLE LATER. Show up again the same night after show was over and they had sold our room out from under us. "I am very sorry." Was the only response. Steer clear of this bs clip joint.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Absolutely atrocious service, rude staff, and terrible organization and company policy. I don't think I've ever seen such horrible customer service in my life. We booked a room for 6, received email confirmation, called the day of our reservation with a question about our booking, and received no indication that there were any issues with our reservation. Upon arrival, we attempted to check-in and were nonchalantly told that although she had the reservation and confirmation, they could not give us a room since they had over-booked it. When we inquired whether or not they could provide us with alternate accommodations, the staff simply told us it was not their fault and we would have to figure it out ourselves. We asked about other available rooms on the premises, or if they could assist us in booking a room at another nearby hotel, and they simply dismissed our concerns and left to take a smoke break. 6 girls just thrown out onto the streets with not a care in the world. At least two other large groups of our friends had also booked for the same day and were unceremoniously thrown out in the same way. Absolutely appalling. The only offering they had was a room with one king size bed (which they didn't offer compensation for-- in fact it was the same price for this room as the original 6 person room), which some of our friends ended up taking out of desperation. However, upon their arrival to that room they found it to be so unsanitary (dirty, filled with cockroaches, smelled awful) that they immediately cancelled it and decided to drive through the night to get home rather than sleep there. DO NOT BOOK A RESERVATION HERE! You will either be cancelled on with no warning and left with no accommodations, or if you are lucky enough to even get the room you paid for, you'll likely wish you hadn't. Luckily for us, we were able to get a last minute reservation at the Fairfield Inn right across the street-- a much better experience by far.

Comfortable bed. Loved the pillows! Even my 8 year old granddaughter commented on them and wanted to take one home. Bathroom was quite small but great shower with good water pressure and large shower head. It was wonderful after a long day at the fair. Breakfast area was quite small as well but nice selection of things to eat. Bagels, muffins, pastries, eggs, sausage, bacon, make your own waffles, yogurt, cereal, variety of juices. Attendant promptly replaced things that were getting low. My only frustration was not having any idea where the main entrance was to get to the front desk to check in. Drove around the building twice and finally had to ask someone that happened to be outside. Definitely need more/better signage. I must say it was very welcoming to come in to the smell of just baked cookies that are out out for the guests.

The service from the staff was top notch! I have not seen this much attentiveness since I last stayed at a five star hotel, almost. The price was outstanding, we booked as a group. The staff did the best they could with the mediocre facility that they had to work with. Five stars to the staff and two for the facility. Thank room and hotel had odors, clean sheets and towels. Some if the fixtures were dirty with smears, and the TV remote never gets cleaned
