After spending the better part of a Thursday morning driving around to local dealerships and looking at different vehicles, we found ourselves at Romano Toyota. We were approached by a salesman who introduced himself, gave us a quick rundown of the layout and told us where to find him if we had any questions. We looked at a few vehicles and one specifically caught my eye. We wandered inside to talk to Brad about the vehicle, which we learned had just been added to their list that morning. Brad went above and beyond getting us a great deal on the vehicle and an awesome trade in. They addressed any concerns we had about the vehicle and ensured it met our standards. Great people to deal with. Highly recommend going to see Brad at Romano for your next vehicle.

Just brought home my new Venza a few days ago. Thankful for the good customer service I received throughout the process! Ordered back in April and Zack was very helpful in making sure I got the features I wanted, and updated me regularly on when my vehicle should arrive. He was very helpful the day I received my vehicle in helping me get everything set up. I appreciate him being flexible with scheduling and coming in on his day off. Thankful for the good experience I had.

Excellent experience! My wife began the process online and talked with Mike (general manager), who was very helpful, about trading our car in. He encouraged us to come right in on short notice because we had the time, and we were helped right away. Bill was the salesman who took care of us, and he was incredible. He was very pleasant and personable. He made sure that we were satisfied with our trade-in value first before moving on to anything else. He and Mike were flexible and really wanted to work things out with us. Bill had us test drive a 2019 RAV4 with low miles. We instantly loved the car. Came back to the dealership, and Bill took us through the whole process patiently and smoothly. He and Mike worked very hard to get us an interest rate we were happy with and a monthly payment that was affordable. He asked us when we wanted it ready, and we said asap. Only TWO days (I've heard other dealerships taking at least a week to prepare a used car), and it was all perfect and ready to go with a full tank of gas and freshly washed and detailed. And in that short time, they were able to find an even LOWER interest rate for us! They really took care of us and looked out for our best interest. The whole team treated us very well, and the whole process went very smoothly. Highly recommend!!!

I recently purchased a 2018 Toyota Camry from Romano Toyota. I purchased this vehicle on 9/13/21. It was a great experience. My salesman was Bill Delia. Bill was very knowledgeable and friendly. Bill made me feel like I was purchasing a car from a close family member. I came back the next day to pick up the car. The vehicle was immaculately clean and fully service. It looked like it was just pulled off the showroom floor. Bill came out and put the tags on my car. He also got in the passenger seat and made sure I understood all the car had to offer. Bill hooked up my phone made sure everything was working. Showed me how to use it. And made sure I left with a smile…. A huge thank you to Romano Toyota and especially to Mr. Bill Delia! My 2015 Tacoma just had the check engine light come on simultaneously with the "TRAC off" light. Is it possible that a blown fuse is causing this issue. I just bought the truck and do not know where the fuse box is located yet.

Mike, A fuse will have nothing to do with this concern. When a check engine light pops on, the traction control system is deactivated. The check engine light needs to be diagnosed and repaired and most likely the TRAC light will go off.
