We spent a good while looking for different dealerships and visited a couple before settling on KIA of East Syracuse. Ila was our dealer and she was incredibly kind, accommodating, clear and helpful. She anticipated many of our needs, and answered all of our questions; we made a deposit on a vehicle that was contingent on some repair between test drives and the repair happened as described and in a timely manner. We were impressed by their 20 year 200,000 mile warranty, which at the time of purchase applied to all vehicles on the lot. We’ve been driving this car for the better part of a month now and it’s been great, driven smooth had no issues. There was even an issue with a back tail light which we did not notice but was fixed on our behalf. They brought us back to the dealership about a week later with the replacement part which they purchased used (as the new part was going to be on back order for quite some time). It is my understanding that Ila Spearheaded a lot of these changes on our behalf. Again really can’t emphasize enough how fabulous Ila was.

Joe, You may or may not need a down payment depending on credit, how much you owe on your car and what payment expectations you have. If all things are in line you would not need a down payment and your trade could be sufficient. Thanks, Dan.
Mary, many of our Tellurides are pre-ordered for customers. Due to the microchip shortage Kia is behind on production. I have 1 that is due in February that isn't sold. Please contact the dealership and we can review the model and options you are looking for, and see if we can fill or order a Telluride for you. Supply is tight and demand is high for the Telluride. Patrick Cannon & GM Sam are all about "the sale". After I decided not to purchase at that time, they (Sam & Patrick) attempted to keep my $500.00 'hold' fee while they researched financing. Mind you, no contract was yet signed. We reported E. Syr. KIA to the Corporate office in California; in turn KIA Calif. Took over, returned my bank stop check payment fee, advocated for me as a customer. Ensured that all monies were returned to me. I've purchased several Vehicles there (SOUL, SORENTO & SPORTAGE) BUT NEVER AGAIN!! It was truly an awful experience with Pat & Sam. It's too bad there are those who spoil everything for those who do care. Hopefully their Primary Owner, Daniel Knoblock will follow through with some sort of disciplinary action against the two of them. If he doesn't, he just as guilty!
