I love living here. It’s clean, quite my neighbors are all so nice. There is park area and dogs are welcome. Could not ask for better managers .

The manager who answers the phone is so rude. She answers the phone "hellooo" instead of stating the name of the apartments. I've called numerous times and every time I've talked to this lady she is extremely unprofessional. I can't imagine what kind of manager she is. Definitely won't get my mom a place here!

Yes you have covered parking and it's about 5000.00 to move in renters pay rent pg&e and taxes and 600 if you have a pet. they are really nice apartments I have been here almost a year and you can smoke at designated smoke areas we have activities and it's very quiet hope this helps
I don't know the price as take care of people in the complex. One bedrooms are around 1300.00. they accept section 8 too . It is pet Friendly.
