I walked into the store thinking that my project with chalk paint might turn into a fail because I didn't know anything about chalk paint - I was just going to follow someone else's project online. But then Leroy in the paint department came to save the day. He was so very very helpful! He is the kind of assistance that I wish was more common at Lowe's and other home improvement stores. To all of the project beginners out there - ask for Leroy!

I'm only commenting on the curbside experience I had which was bad, so I'm done shopping at Lowe's. They weren't rude or anything when they eventually showed up. I checked in online then waited for 25 minutes in my car. I finally called the store manager from the number listed on the ideally placed flyers at Curbside pickup complete with his photo and name. When the employees came out a couple of minutes later I got the "sorry, the system was down" excuse. Soooooo customers should just sit. No warning, no disclaimer on the store website. And no mgmt to fix it. Maybe since I was only buying cleaning stuff for around $30 and not building materials or tools I didn't spend enough to warrant a better excuse/apology/blow off. I've never really issues with Lowe's and have a Lowe's CC for a few years. But right now I have to be particular about spending money, we all do. Being upset at waiting in my car for a half hour using a service they freely offer, and for mere cleaning products may sound petty but Lowe's is NOT the only choice for those things nor will they be again for me.

I love Lowe’s but I bough a fridge 1 year ago also purchased the warranty which was another $500. The freezer stopped working a few months ago causing all my food to go bad. I contacted Lowe’s they directed me to their 3rd party warranty department which was no help. I am still waiting for them to fix it, it’s been nothing but a headache. Never again will I purchase their warranty

Love 💘 this Lowe's! Buy all my flowers for my planters they have a great selection indoor and out. Avoid Sundays if possible the line in garden area gets very long and is very slow with only one employee ringing a line of 30 up!
