The wait is long to get in. Security takes a while to check in/out trucks. Spent about 15 min waiting behind another truck for check in. Check in was 5 min. Just to be told to go drop in another lot 2-3 miles away. But wasn’t too bad. Kind & knowledgeable & easy drop.

I'm guessing this is not the place to call for warranty work? So not 24 hour repair facility? I called at 1am on Sunday to no answer or voicemail.

If you are a customer/future customer, you can try to contact sales and they may be able to work out a tour of the plant. You can even watch your truck run down the final line.
