I've been going here for about a year now and finally had to leave due to distance. I had a great relationship with the girls and enjoyed my time. My lashes always looked great when I left! Cons: They have a fairly high turn over rate so I went through several artists. The lashes or the glue they use aren't the best. I didn't realize until I went somewhere else! I had to come in every week because they would fall out quickly.

To keep your lashes healthy, the extensions should be only about 2mm longer than your natural lashes. Maybe 3mm if you have strong lashes to begin with. Length is something that usually your lash artist will reccomend after they have assessed you natural lashes at the appointment.
