Rude manager. she told me that she will give me a call many times times but she never did so I told her and I went to the office but she went grocery shopping and late 30 min. She pretend she's kind but she will never call you back unless you are Mexican. She didn't accept my application even tho I had it there. And accepted other applicants papers. I waste too much time on there.

My family and I have been living for one month in this place. Paola Ruiz is a nice person and very professional. She was very clear and didn’t try to sugarcoat anything. The property is clean all time and it is a quiet place. I recommend this apartments to live.

My husband and me moved into Parkside La Palma Apts last month and from the beginning of meeting the manager Paola she has been friendly , patient , informative , skilled , knowledgeable , accurate .She explained everything and made the whole process from the paperwork to actual moving in very easy and pleaseant . She is a manager who cares and respects others . We are very happy living here . It’s clean and quiet and Paola is very attentive to all of our needs matter how small. If you do run into a problem you can count on the manager to see to it that it gets addressed and resolved . I feel with a manager such as Paola you will feel very comfortable and at ease living here . We are very happy to have a great new place to live and have a great manager and maintenance crew who cares about quality of apartment living.

Honestly since I've lived here in the apartments since 2015 I've had no problems with these apartments. Paola Velazco is always there to help with any repairs that are needed or any emergencies that have occurred in my apartment. She is always fast to respond. The apartment complex is quiet and clean. Neighbors are respectful. I'm happy with this residency.
