First of all i want to start by saying a special thank you to the Parts Department Team specifically Robbi, Gene, and Karii.(Sorry if i spelled your names wrong). I have been to many dealerships throughout southern california and i can say Miller Toyota of Anaheim is by far the best. Everyone that is in need of genuine parts and great services. Thank you for helping keep my first car running like new.

The dopey kid at the service check in lane couldn’t properly communicate with me. I came in for some service that fell under my extended warranty but the kid who was trying to help me out stated he knew Toyota wasn’t going to bother with the warranty and that tomorrow likely the repair wouldn’t be covered. Told me to leave it anyways and pay for the inspection but if there wasn’t anything wrong I’d have to pay for the inspection and there was nothing Toyota could do for me. I went to Firestone and they were able to help me out with my repair and looked into the warranty coverage. I got my issue taken care of, paid for some additional service because I was so impressed and I know for sure why I’ll never go back to Toyota again.

Service Department Review. Terrible experience. Do not recommend. I had a Saturday 2:30pm appointment for oils change and for them to inspect and hopefully fix my key fobs that were no longer working (I had tried batter replacement and reprogramming myself with no luck). Apparently they needed 4 hours to work on my car…crazy. At 6:30, after hearing nothing from them, I responded to the text messages they said to use to contact them and got an automated message saying they were closed for the day. I called and the line for the service center also said they were closed and not returning until Monday morning!!! I’m supposed to go from Saturday afternoon to Monday morning with no car waiting on an oil change and key fob inspection??? No one told me this or contacted me at all. I called again and got the operator, Penny, since the sales department was still open. She was nice and check on my car for me and assured me the service department would call in just a couple minutes. Finally the service department called and said they did the oil change but the key fobs would need to be replaced. Okay fine. Problem is they didn’t tell me until after closing so now I have to make another appointment to get the key fobs replaced. Then they send me the invoice to pay online and it’s not the full amount. So then they call again and I have to pay the rest over the phone so they could leave the keys with sales so I could get my car the same evening. All in all it was frustrating and a mess. I never get service done at the dealership. I only did this time cause I figured they would no best about the key fobs but the best they could do was just “replace them”. Also they gave me a whole list of recommended services that are more than what I even paid for my ‘07 Toyota. Not doing any of that and will be avoiding going here for service again.

Had a very good experience at Miller Toyota. I love getting a new car but I hate buying it! The salesman (Jamie) was great and the process was very painless for a change. I had an issue with the vehicle the next day (used car) and I was concerned since they didn’t “have to” do anything. They were very accommodating and I actually had the Sales Manager (Rufus Keller) assure me that they would take care of the issue and even offered me a rental car while the issue was resolved. In the Service Department I worked with Rico he was also very professional and took great care of me. Great experience all around!

Left the keys inside the trunk, do they take care of that too?
Make your appointment online. You can type in your questions. They will call you before your appointment.
Thanks for the positive words.
Hello Frank, $89.95 for full synthetic oil.
Customers aren't going to know employee schedules, just call them and ask
👍 yes
I am not a Spanish speaker, but here is Frank Portillo's Google translation: "Piezo (I think ?) that in this place are better and more reliable by. Elmore toyota the salesman and the one who fills me the papers of the car. Defensively some thieves studied ... who take advantage of the humble people ... and sorry for the expression .."
Go see Kenny in service. He is honest and will tell you like it is. Ask him for service promotions. It's better to take the shuttle home and have em pick you up when ready.
Have no idea. Call them.
