Was interested in becoming a new Verizon customer. Was completely put off by the customer service at this location. I went to the location on Vine at first and they were so nice and informative that they suggested us to go to this Verizon because we would get a better deal, since the one on Vine is private. The staff here were not knowledgeable and just plain rude. Especially the manger. Will never spend my money on anything Verizon related.

I was really impressed with the service I received. My phone battery was draining too quickly, and even though I am happy with my phone, I couldn't find a battery replacement. I decided to get a new phone, a Pixel 4. I came into the store intending to buy a new Pixel. The salesperson explained the options. When I told him the main reason I'm there is because of the battery, he checked my account and said Verizon would provide me with a new Pixel 4 and a new battery at no charge. The [hone arrived the next day, and I came in again for assistance with transferring the number, data, and apps. Another salesperson, Dalton, immediately assisted me. There was a slight delay in porting the apps, and he patiently made sure it was working before letting me go. Basically, I got great service from two different people who were really looking out for my interests.

Disclaimer: I was not paid or solicited to write this review! I've dreaded going into both the Verizon and Spectrum stores at this location due to their poor customer service and inefficiency, but my most recent visit to the Verizon store was absolutely amazing thanks to Alex who was helpful, knowledgeable, and just overall great. Without getting into all of the specifics, he made the visit enjoyable and pleasant. Didn't try to push me to purchase something I didn't want and/or need, and he was also very knowledgeable about his stuff. Thank you so much Alex! You made the dreaded experience enjoyable and stress free! 😭😭🙌🙏

I have been here three times now to upgrade my phone and the people here are not eager, tired and have good reasons not to serve you ... I wonder if they get paid hourly? Maybe thats why? GUES ITS TOME TO LEAVE VERIZON!
