The customer service is so so low quality and professional that if you calling NO one will answer your calls and waiting more than1 hour to be responding, really is this company don’t have enough money to hire people answering the phone !!!!

Worst customer service ever! My service stopped working, so I called: waiting on hold for 2hours: disconnected by their system. Tried again next day, 2hrs hold, disconnected again! Switched to chat option: 5m wait. They took literally 5m to read each of my message! They asked for name, email, address, account number, phone number, SIM card number, IMEI and everything you can imagine. Then went silent for 10m, came back and said "you need to buy a new device for you to continue using service"!

The next step is to contact customer service with the information required above and request to port your number and provide them with all the information.
