I had taken my 2017 Vitus Escarpe VRX for a major tune up about a year ago after breaking my hand. I paid just under $300. And got nothing in return really just a new chain and some sealant. I wrote a review about it and talked to Mr. Kenny. He was respectful but that’s about it. My good friend took his bike about a week ago since I recommended this place to him and To NO SURPRISE HE GOT THE SAME THING!! $500 for NOTHING. DO NOT GO TO VALLEY BIKES they rip you off and say their excuse is that they’re busy with tons of bikes and YATTA YATTA. They supposedly have “master” bikes techs. YEA RIGHT DONT GO HERE KENNY FEEL FREE TO CALL ME BACK AND MY BUDDY WITH HIS 07’ Diamondback We need answers 831.498.67** Reply for last 2 numbers lol

Cool shop that has everything you would want when it comes to bikes. Was in there to buy some tires and the knowledgable staff took care of me and ordered me what I needed. Thank you very much. I took off a star because trying to find a spot to park is horrible sometimes but it's a cool shop hit them up.

Took my Stumpjumper for a complete service. I new it needed the front and rear shocks rebuild and the rear brake pads replaced. I asked for a COMPLETE service. I never got a called so after a week or so, I called them and I could get a straight answer. I called the next day and now they told me my bike was ready. When I picked it up they had only replaced the chain. $90 and that's all they did. I complaint and they told me that someone would call me. Never got a call.

Masks are required per guidelines, we provide hand sanitizer for all customers and ask they use it before touching any product, our counters, doors and surfaces are cleaned and sanitized 3 times daily.
