Men's restroom is dirty and broken, no doors on the stalls, no soap dispenser, 1 of 2 sinks doesn't work, 1 of 3 toilets doesn't flush, no paper towels. The electrical outlets in the gazebo are broken. Weeds coming up in the amphitheater. Tennis court fences are broken and the court stripes are worn off, no tennis nets. The place seems abandoned by the city. I submitted a complaint.

If that's the worse thing you can say then I think we be fine people who smoke weed are very friendly. Don't be a douchebag.
We did see a bunch of police cars in the lot there one morning, otherwise it's usually ok.
At sunset...but lights stay on at the skate park, and on the basketball court....till 9pm.
There's a dog park but I hardly see people take there dogs there. Doesn't look like the greatest dog park. Its closed off with a fence and isn't filled with grass but has either dirt or the stuff that looks like wood chips.

Yes there are some electrical outlets. but I don't know if there's any restrictions to use them.
