Went to the store looking for a new phone case because I just bought a new iPhone recently. Cherry Ann came up to me and asked if I needed help, I told her yes and she helped me pick out an awesome phone case and even helped me better understand my new phone, she was extremely helpful in every aspect! She explained she was new but nonetheless was an awesome help! This is by far my favorite AT&T to go to because she made the shopping experience a very pleasure one. Kudos to her!
