My router got broken (totally my fault) and Juan helped the process go smooth. He acknowledged me the moment I walked in and was understanding. Emma was also kinda and helped me finalize this painless exchange. I put 40 mins in the meter expecting a process and was out in 5 mins. Even the security guard (Allen) was helpful. I usually hate going into physical stores but they made my experience amazing.

I do not post often, but I had such a wonderful experience at this location, I think it is important to share. Not only were my needs met, but Sharon went above and beyond to ensure my new phone was working properly and that I was well on my way to finishing the data transfer. While Sharon assisted me, she also flawlessly kept herself available to assist other fellow Verizon employees as well as greet new customers and determine their needs. I could sense an air of respect and harmony in the store and attribute this to excellent management and great, professional teamwork. Thank you for the perfect experience, Sharon. You made what could have been a nightmare a real treat!!

Bought a new iPhone 13 on June 9th. It had a bad SIM card, and the back panel was misaligned and the waterproofing seal was sticking out. I called the store to report it, but they have a fake number that directs you to Corporate customer service. It took 30 phone calls with 10 different reps, a dozen empty promises, five trips to two different stores, and nearly 30 hours of my time over 23 days to get a replacement.

Disappointed to the max with Verizon. I'm giving 3stars just because Abraham at the Wilshire/Normandie store was very attentive and cordial. Other than that, there is no parking validation so be prepared to pay $3- every 15 min. I tried taking a picture with one of the floor models and was unable to do so because the demo feature gets in the way. Completely ridiculous. The camera is the biggest selling point for me, why would I buy a phone that I can't test the camera prior to purchase? These mega corporations get away with minimal customer service and make billions every year. Its criminal!!!

I don't know anything about the promotion, but if you tell me I'll give it to you. Talk to the staff or the manager who helped you sign up at the store, and if it doesn't work, you can leave the Verizon directly. You'd better do it in the store when you call Verizon. Make sure you haven't lost your mail.
