Sawgrass Apartments is a great community that is well manicured and safe. The maintenance department are in a class by themselves, friendly and attentive. The management is top notch and always willing to answer any questions you may have. I have been here for 2.5 years and I have enjoyed it honestly and I give it 5 stars. Great job Sawgrass and keep up the great work.

I've loved living at Sawgrass :,) This is my first apartment and it's been an amazing experience. Maintenance always answers the phone and arrives in a timely manner, the office staff is AMAZING. I love Amelia she is my queen... They always have snacks and remember your name and talk with you about concerns. This complex also recycles and supplies the bags to do it/sorts the recyclables for you! There's a side gate you can use to visit the plaza next door with a dollar general and to the left when you exit the gate is a beautiful neighborhood for nice long walks. Publix within walking distance. So so awesome <3 I highly highly recommend

Reading the reviews on google is what brought me to Sawgrass. The management and office staff are extremely kind and focused on an excellent move in/daily experience here in the community. Maintenance team is super quick and efficient, and the grounds are maintained very well. We found everything we needed here at Sawgrass, and I’m looking forward to the future here.
