I toured these apartments recently because I’m looking to move to the area. The woman who helped me, her name was Kaylyn Diaz, was fantastic! Yes, all residents of Crowntree Lakes Apartments are required to maintain and provide evidence of at least $100,000 in legal liability insurance coverage for the duration of their lease term at Crowntree Lakes Apartments. Residents may choose to obtain this insurance through their preferred insurance agent or insurance carrier at their own expense or enroll in our community program that meets the liability insurance requirement and is paid with rent each month. The Crowntree Lakes Apartments team can answer questions about insurance offerings available through the community.
