Our upstairs neighbors are the WORST! They let their toddler run around at all hours of the night stomping on the floor and your calls just get ignored by the office saying "we'll go ahead and look into it" or "your account has been noted". I will NOT recommend anyone to move here unless they're on the 4th floor. It took months to resolve this issue because they're "under staffed", which is understandable, but it shouldn't take almost a year of calls and noise complaints to do something. Signal 88 is the worst, they don't do anything!

We have had nothing but problems since we moved in. The Maintance team clears out Maintance requests stating that they have completed them when they have not. There are a lot of things that are broken all of the time through the complex. Our apartment was flooded and they did not restore it to the original state. People party down at the pool all the time. This is suppose to be a smoke free property but there are cigarette butts everywhere. The parking is horrible and our vehicle was hit in the parking area causing us to have to file a claim against our insurance to fix it. The" valet" garbage service is suppose to pick up 5 times a week but does not consistently pickup. Packages have been stolen from our door. Solicitors have knocked on our door but we are in a locked/gated community. The gates at the front are always broken or propped open. The gates for the cars were broken for over 3 weeks. I do not recommend these apartments if you are looking for luxury.

I have admired this apartment complex for the last 2 years and it feels like a dream come true to finally be living here. The office staff have been absolutely amazing. We couldn’t have have gotten a better floor plan, location, or view. Truly blessed 🥰
