Bad management. They upcharge you on utilities. Don’t just take my word for it look at the other reviews.

Since being bought out management has changed for the worse. Profit is their number one priority and they’ve been milking tenants of money without any shame. Leaving lights on without care- tenants have to foot the common electricity bill and I don’t think we’d have a problem if we are utilizing it. But the problem arises when common rooms used to have “auto off” lights that would shut off lights when no one is in their. They took that away and leave areas like the gym, media room, and etc have lights on 24/7 passing the bill to tenants. Before they’d hire landscaping that took care of the property now they force maintenance to take care of the property as if they are not already overwhelmed by doing their regular duties. Sad that they have this mentality. Oh and like the newer reviews mention, yes they charge you to use amenity rooms now. Minimum $250 if you want to reserve it for a few hours! Absurd I hope management sees this review as well as the recent ones and actually enact some change because this is really pathetic of them.

This is a pretty package, but underneath the wrapping and bow, the toilets back up, the sinks get clogged, and the new managers are charging people to use the amenities that we were told would be free when we moved in. UPDATE: They sent out this email, "commonly when a building is new and in “lease-up” there are no charges for amenity spaces because the building isn’t even full yet, and the team is so focused on just getting residents in the doors that these items just aren’t a priority. Once you are stabilized, a lot of these long term operation items get instituted and that is where we are at today." Rough translation: Bait and switch is common, why do you all have such a problem with it? I should also note the change to charging for the space came with the new property management. Also, they keep getting Google to take down my reviews. So, I'll just keep posting them from different accounts.

Management is horrendous. Always giving last minute notices to closing the office for essentially no reason. Utilities is outsourced to a third party and they consistently overcharge you. Expect to pay at least $60 on garbage, $30 on water, $30on common area electricity. No reason to why it should be like this. I’ve asked management to turn off with lights in the gym/media room/show room when not in use and they don’t listen and said “it only adds $5-$10 to the bill- it’s not much”. Sure not face value but over a year that’s $60-$120 that I could have saved. Simply ridiculous. Recently management decided to “go green” and stop providing cups for the coffee machine in order to ‘reduce waste’. But we all know it’s to save a few bucks and pass on the costs to the residents. They also charge you to reserve the amenity rooms now. Idiotic. It’s a nice building, unfortunately management has money on their mind and the main interest for them is to line their pockets.

Amenities are free. They have no amenities. You have to pay for everything. They even charge residents for the electricity used in the common space.
Verso offers studio, 1BR 1BA, and 2BR 2BA floorplans. Within each style we have several layouts and square footage options available.
Verso is pet friendly. We permit a maximum of two pets per home, provided the pets meet our breed and exotic animal restrictions. We do allow fish, but aquariums cannot exceed 5-gallons in size, and are only permitted in first floor homes.
Layha Pitts, we do have on site parking available in our gated lot. We also have multiple spaces reserved for EV charging.
