Amenities are free. They have no amenities. You have to pay for everything. They even charge residents for the electricity used in the common space.
Verso offers many amenities to it's residents, including: on site management and maintenance, a 24 hour fitness center, controlled access entry to both our building and the gated parking lot, a makers space, bike storage and repair station, a dog wash and bike wash station, cyber lounge, game room, club room complete with kitchen, EV car charging stations, outdoor lounge with BBQ and firepits. Our apartment amenities include: air conditioning, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, modern two tone cabinetry, full sized washer and dryer in unit, vaulted ceilings, LVT wood flooring, as well as patio/balconies in select homes.
