Do not move here like at all! Don’t even get close to thinking about it !!! I been staying here for 3 years & been hating every moment of it! They don’t cut the grass, maintenance is horrible! It’s a hassle to get in contact with office. They telll you they’ll call you back and never do! Theirs RATS everywhere I mean everywhere in this complex! & management & property managers do nothing to resolve it!!! Horrible hospitality skills!

Wouldn’t recommend this place. Front office doesn’t care about anyone here. All very rube and no problems get solved. Need a whole new management team of folks who CARE.

Its only been a week since they fixed my Air conditioning and its busted again. This has to be about the eighth time they've fixed this unit. I need better service. This is past ridiculous already. What exactly is the issue? Rents paid on time always, I need this fixed professionally.

Cheyenne my dear, I currently live here this place is horrid and a waste of money. Everything you asked is yes rodent infestation, roaches and small snakes get into the apartments, no robberies that I know of but definitely alot of car burglaries, severe mold rust and dirty AC vents and ducts. After 3 years of disgust I'm finally breaking my lease and leaving in March. DO NOT RENT HERE OR BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES ONLINE. The new paint and floors covers the mild or dust from previous. I'm not disgruntled I'm just honest. I wrote a long Google review last year being 100% transparent and I keep forgetting to update it because it's worse than last year. Last month there were 22 move outs, half my neighbors have moved. Spend your money somewhere you wont be disappointed.

No lie I've been waiting two weeks for them to fix my stove. We can't cook. We painted our apartment because we waited two months for them to paint. And nothing. Plus the mice and rats we kill every other day.
