Went to purchase office chair. Staff was very helpful & friendly. After long, lol, consideration of each chair I finally decided to purchase, but in the end I purchased/ settled due to me wanting to stay on budget wasn't the chair I really wanted..the sales people (2) who were working with me were very patient. I should have listened...I was back that evening to return the chair & purchased another. Still, after all the time spent with me earlier were great. The return was easy & I love my chair. They were great from beginning to end.

Customer service was very helpful. They did not have what we were looking for, so they referred us to Best Buy. They have handicap parking.

Instead of saying “can’t do it.” when costumers ask for colored printing options, how about you use nicer words with an explanation? Like “I’m sorry, unfortunately our color printer is down so we aren’t able to fulfill orders at this time.” Cutting your costumer off and only saying “can’t do it” is rude. You work in costumer service, do better.
