Such a lovely and friendly team! I respect that they were able to make an asap appointment and took me in 1,5 hr. Evgenia Mayvaldov took care of me amazingly under control of Dr.Irene Vergilis-Kalner. Will be my go to doctor since they are located right next corner from me!

This place is not helpful at all. On Monday I called as a new patient trying to make an appointment. They asked me to email my insurance card to their billing department to verify if they are in network of my insurance. Next day they called me saying yes they are in net work. The copay is $40 plus 20% coinsurance. They said upfront they will need to charge me $60. I don't really understand why they charge me $20 co insurance without billing my insurance first. But that's fine I will do it. We made an appointment Thursday morning. Ok, today less than 24hours before my actually appointment. someone called me remind me there will be an appointment scheduled. That's very nice. I appreciate that. However, that person also told me my insurance DOES NOT need federal but their office need an referral from my PCP. Without an referral my visit will not be covered. That's so strange and doesn't make sense to me for number one. Secondly after talking to them several times on different days , why nobody tell me the doctor need an referral. With less then 24 hours notice, how can I book an PCP appointment today and take a PTO at work to do my referral?! Sounds like a very friendly reminder from the office but my only option would be cancel the appointment. Such a waist of time. Very disappointed!
