It’s a very nice place to live in, the people are nice, and it’s right there by campus it doesn’t get any better than that. My room is just the right size too.

Terrible service, I’ve been struggling with my roommates for more than 2 months and they don’t help me at all. They have been skipping the lease and the process with this situation. There are a lot of rules in the lease that I’ve been reporting, and they don’t do anything. So if you are thinking on coming to this place think that If you have a problem and it’s addressed in the lease, they won’t help you.

They will charge you for random things and management is impossible to deal with. They just want money and don’t deliver on their promises. They also pay for positive reviews so don’t pay lease based on those.

Dani, undrea, and a cute girl with the engagement ring were so helpful. Always nice and welcoming. The apartment is worth the money, just that I don’t like my room for being close to the road. I already filled a form to be transferred. If you need luxury, stay here.

As far as we know they only do yearly contracts, but sometimes residents need to move out and offer subleases, which is permitted, to rent out the rest of the year
Between 700$ and I think the highest is 1100 I think
They only allow ESAs.. You have to send them paperwork that says you need that animal
sometimes
It's usually about a ten-minute drive, but that could always change for better or worse because of the traffic.
my daughter live there bc of ucf affiliated. And she shared with three other girls sorry I don't have any more input other than that
It's $685.00 for your own bedroom & bathroom with 1 or 2 closets. The 4 bed/baths share a large living room with dining area and kitchen.
My son was told if you wanted to do this but he would need to put in a work order. You just go down to the main lobby to put in a work order and it should be done within a few days.
I think the window is like 2-3 days to pay without a fee, but if you miss that i think it is 30 bucks.
It is not only student however the vast majority of the population are students so you must be willing to put up with noise and other things that come along with college students.
