I “was” a regular shopper at this location till I asked for assistance on some end tables. The first associate I saw was a middle aged black woman. I looked her way and stated I have a question about an item. Her first response was I’m busy helping someone else, I’d it a quick question. I looked at her bewildered and said yes. As a customer it’s none of my concern that you are helping another customer, that devalues me as a customer. A simple may I get with you in a moment would have been the professional response..being in the hospitality industry for 25 years this was highly unprofessional. Please train your staff better and you will see higher profits.
