when I went there at 1pm, she said It`s lunch break so I have to wait 30mins. I waited. And she came to me and said have to wait 30 more mins. So I left and came back in 20 mins which is 10 mins earlier she said. And she took my phone NB ,(she said will cal me when It`s finish but never calls me back.) And another person came to and let me know my wait time will delayed 30 more mins from that time. And I asked her another lady told me 30 mins was my waiting time and she talked about because I left. They`re not hold customers. And I asked her reason and she said because taking care of same customers nobody know it takes a longer or not. She said you have to wait until they`re finished and not sure it will delay or not after I wait that long. If person take care of same customers why she said It`s my fault to wait longer cause of I left. I never treated by NFCU even by alone. I went here yesterday with my husbund and alone today, not American. feels sooo unfair , spichless. And then I did in few mins at different location.

Great bank but extremely understaffed and there is no reason on why I should be in the bank for almost half an hour just to make a deposit..they’re telling people there’s an hour wait for everything else this is very poor customer service

I have visited this Bank many times and usually the staff are insanely helpful. It's clean and COVID precautions are in place. Now the reason for a low star value is that they are severely under staffed and all my interactions with an employee named Melissa have been terrible. For example I had brought in several forms of Valid ID (California temp drivers license, vehicle registration, and mail from my home address) and was willing to provide all my information to include my password phrase that they have you make and she denied me to make a new debit card. Now this is fine I understand she is not confident if all the security measures and proof that I am me is enough without a photo ID which I don’t have because my wallet was stolen (which I also explained to her). It was the Karen like attitude and evil glare she gave me like I was insane when I nicely asked her if this will suffice. Which if Navy Federal checks their cameras the footage will provide proof of the extremely rude attitude she gave me. I have been a member of Navy Federal for almost 15 years and this is the first time that I have ever been treated this way for no reason.

The website says they close 4 hours early Christmas Eve and are closed Christmas Day. So, I'm guessing they will follow a similar schedule for New Year's. I would check the website on a day or two and I'm sure it will be posted.
They have provided me with coin wrappers on many occasions.
