I lived here for just about 2 years and I mostly enjoyed the community, location, and staff. It is positioned right next to Waterford lakes shopping center which made grocery shopping very simple, and also has activities across the street. The maintenance team works hard and quick and are willing to inform you how to prevent future problems. Nick was a great help to me and my family and would help with any questions we may have had. I would definitely recommend this community.

Lived here a while ago, anyways I remember how terrible the leasing office was. They didn’t give me a gate code & when I was calling them once I moved out about the security deposit , the person was hanging up instead of answering my questions.

Love this community! Never have an issue for 1,5 year living here. My only problem is their gym room could’ve been more clean, sometimes it gets very dirty, i can see thick layers of dust! But everything else is great!

They recently completed renovations that priced out a lot of people. I'm a PhD student and I couldn't afford the new prices. 2 bed 2 bath is around $1500 - $1700 a month at the time of writing this (no utilities included). However prices change daily and are highest during the summer months. It's a very nice place and I never had any issues with them but it's too pricey and I couldn't afford the forced upgrade (rent increase of ~$380 a month).
29 miles to Titusville
Horrible since they’ve “upgraded” to hardwood flooring. Prior, you could hear loud voices but now you can seriously hear everything, including typical walking around in the apartment above you.
