This is an alias name to avoid mistreatment by the apartment complex. Do not move here. They do not answer the phones after you are a tenant. They sweet talk you all the way through and then don’t respond to any maintenance calls. The plumbing is awful, I had to beg them to come fix my sink because I could not wash any dishes. They piled up for a month because no one came out and all my calls were ignored or dismissed. They finally came out but now my plumbing in the kitchen sink pushes rotten food up the drain and into my sick about two inches high and had the most foul smelling odor whenever I turn in my dishwasher. I don’t even put food down the drain so who knows what old stuff is stuck there and being pushed back into my house. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I’m not sure why they can’t come fix anything but I see the maintenance workers sitting in their golf carts hiding on the sides of buildings playing on their phone. The neighborhood is in a bad area and police are constantly here. There was a CSI investigation recently right outside the exit gate.

I've been having A/C issues for the last 2 months, but recently for the past 2 weeks i've been trying to get my A/C situation resolved as it's leaking water down the evaporator coils which means there's a drainage problem, it's so filthy and dirty cause it's never been maintained, and it is not blowing COLD air, it blows CHILLED air. If it's 12-4pm outside and the A/C is on the temperature RISES and NEVER falls until night time, but the problem has not been fixed and they keep COMPLETING THE WORK ORDER WHEN NOTHING CHANGED. Not to mention, maintenance STOLE medicine that was left on my computer desk!!
