Great renting experience for my 14 days holidays. The car was in perfect state, ready as soon as we arrived at the counter. Staff at the counter was available for clarifications. I would have loved to have a bit more of clarification on the rental conditions just for the sake of knowing. I wanted to extend my rental and it was possible to do so in another agency during the trip! Would definitely recommend.

When we arrived in the Hertz Hilton location Ahmad was very rude and did not help us properly he talked he also said that our card he wouldn’t be able to try it again without us calling the bank; he didn’t want to help us and went without us calling the bank with us knowing that there was money on the card. To everyone it has happened where the card is declined and then when it is ran again accepted. He said that he wasn’t going to do it twice and that’s it and if we called the bank he would rent us the car and without is he wasn’t going to rent us the car. He treated us as if we were asking for something free when if we are here it’s because we have money to pay. We had to guess what he said because he talked very low and more so with the mask we could t understand. We have a lot of experience renting cars though different companies because with our job we go to various states up to 4 times a month CA is one of the places we fly frequently and we have never had an experience with anyone like we did today. We will never rent again from Hertz and we won’t recommend it to friends.

Online Check-In was very easy and efficient, car pick up at Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles was very quick, it took us like 10 minutes until we got our booked car. We got a new BMW 530i. The car was in a very good condition and clean. Very friendly staff at the reception. Very good experience.

We had a great experience with Hertz! The only downfall was the wait time, but it still wasn’t horrible. The employees were so kind to us and upgraded us to an amazing car that was clean and gave us no problems.

Hi Cathy. Best bet is to give them a call.. you might make it from the airport in time.. depends on how long it takes to get bags and then Hilton shuttle.. it took us about 90min to do that
