I like the staff, but the answering machine doesn't work so you can't contact anyone at the office. And I get flat tires all the time. Today I ended up with 2 nails and a drill bit in my new tire.😡

Saw the $100 extra charge for large stumps in the photo posted on Yelp, since Google review has incorrect photo (reported already). What about large logs that are 12-16" in diameter? Anyone has direct experience? Thanks!
