I brought my car in for an oil change. The woman at the front desk was very nice, and they delivered the car on time, however I received a call about an hour after dropping it off saying that my car's cabin air filter and car air filter needed to be replaced. I know this is often a ploy to upsell, but I just drove across the country and the pollen has been heavy, so I asked how much - $20 each - okay, I approved. When I went to pick up the car, there was a $30 installation fee added too. I questioned it saying it should have been disclosed upfront, and she took it off, but I don't like it when businesses tack on fees and hope you don't notice.

Go see Ken!. I brought my car here for an oil change and I was in and out in just under an hour. They not only performed my oil change, but they rotated my tires, checked my alignment and performed an inspection on my car. Getting ready for a road tip, it added some peace of mind knowing that everything on my car was good. The place is super clean and Ken was very engaging in conversation. I will definitely be back.
