Incredibly slow. Like I truly don’t understand how they can be so slow. It’s unbelievable. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. Got here when they opened. Was third in line behind 2 kids who needed strept tests. It took them an hour and 15 minutes before they even saw me. Was in for something simple, third in line, and it took over 2 hours total.

Wonderful experience, front desk is great and quick, very nice. I was in a room in five minutes and taken care of immediately. Actually, a much better expereince than when I visit my primary care doctor. Saw doctor almost immediately upon entering room and was taken care of and treated wonderful. Everyone there was kind and very knowledgabl

We waited nearly an hour after the time we were told we'd be seen. Then, the NP (who never introduced herself and wasn't wearing a visible name badge) missed the diagnosis, which led to complications from the infection for my small child. Furthermore, we were never informed of lab results nor given information on how to access them ourselves.

I made an appointment and it still took a half hour later that I was seen by the doctor. Old building and the exam room looked dirty and while sitting there saw 2 bugs run across the room. The doctor told me she would send the prescription she was giving me to my pharmacy. My appointment was at 9am and by early afternoon the pharmacy still had not received it. I tried numerous times(lost count) to call AFC and it only rang and rang then it would hang up on me. I couldn't even leave a message for nurse because the same thing happened. I finally got thru around 4pm and was told they had a problem sending some of the prescriptions to the pharmacies because I wasn't the only one that called. I feel they could of called them into the pharmacy or at least call the patient to let them know. I told them I would pick up my prescription in the morning seeing they were closing at 5pm and I recently had foot surgery and have to depend on someone to drive me. I was seen for a UTI so I suffered all day and night because of their neglect. I recommend going elsewhere for your care.

This year's flu season looks different, with Covid-19 still a major threat for all of us. It will be tricky to distinguish between the two since they can both exhibit similar symptoms of body aches, chest tightness, cough and fever. Testing is the best way to identify the pathogen(s) causing these symptoms and rule out the possibility of Covid-19. Although many COVID-19 symptoms and flu symptoms overlap, there are certain distinctions between the two.
