First of all they are very rude. They have people working there that have no idea what to do, I drove about an hour to come down then I get there and they weren’t able to help me with my solution after I was told they would be able to help me before I drove down.

yes. they change watch batteries. I left mine for about 30 minutes. I think it was just under $15.
Sorry for the delayed response. I just got back from Vacation. We do buy some used watches, please ask for the owner (KB), who does the purchasing. You can also let us know here what kind of watch it is and if you have a picture of the front and back of it.

We carry watch bands that fit Casio watches. We are also able to order original Casio watch bands. There are numerous different types though, so we recommend bringing your watch in and we should be able to find you a solution.
