Looks like I'm an outlier here, as I'm afraid my experience with Wheel Dynamix wasn't as positive as other customers' appear to have been. I rarely write reviews and I'm disinclined to go into details, which I appreciate may minimize the value of this review for some. I will say that Jeff obviously is passionate about his work and business, which is commendable, however other customer interface and follow-up fell far short of what I believe his standard to be. I hope that, should anyone else have a negative experience like mine in the future, the shop will do what it takes to ensure the customer isn't put in a such a predicament or, at least, doesn't leave with such a lingering sour taste in his/her mouth. Again, given all the 5 star Google reviews, perhaps I was just wildly unlucky and most other customers enjoy a positive experience. Unfortunately, their 5 stars are of little comfort to me and I will not take another car to Wheel Dynamix for servicing. In good conscience, I cannot suggest the shop to anyone else.

Great experience. Went in with a exhaust problem. Took the car that same day. Turns out some bolts needed tightening. Also had a recurring wheel pressure sensor problem. Hopefully that fix will hold this time. In and out in three hours. Courteous and helpful. One star off for the recurring sensor problem.

Jeff and his team are absolutely amazing!! Recently bought new wheels and tires and I foolishly got the balance beads thinking they were better, Boy was I wrong!! No one was willing to work on my truck cause the wheels are 22x12 with 35x12.5 tires. I heard from a friend Jeff is the only guy I should be calling! Well I am very pleased to say they were absolutely right!! My truck runs and drives as good as it looks now thanks to Jeff and Wheels Dynamix!! Thank you Jeff and your team for everything! You have my future business for life!!!! Everyone save urself the headaches I went through, and just call Jeff right away!

If I could choose more than 5 stars I would! Jeff and his team went above and beyond expectations. Very professional and friendly environment right from the start. The final result was better than I could have imagined. I asked for custom and that is exactly what I got! I couldn't be happier, I am a customer for life!
